GOOD BEER
Saison - (9.5% ABV) A slightly cloudy yellow-colored ale with high carbonation,
fruity and spicy aromas and tastes, and perceptible, somewhat quinine-like
bitterness.
Brewed in the Saison style from Pilsner malt and Kent Goldings and
Styrian Goldings hops.
Witnoiz Ale
Tangerine Wit - (7.2% ABV) An alluring pale golden color, effervescent foam and
a subtle bouquet of spice and citrus notes. It is a mildly malty, sightly sweet and
refreshingly thirst-quenching.
Red Head
Strawberry Blonde - (6.3% ABV) The light bodied, pinkish hued beer
has a creamy
head that lingers on the glass. Blonde Ale is brewed with a touch of rye malt for
a
delicate spicy flavor which matches perfectly to the honey sweetness of the pale
malt.
The delicious malt character is balanced with Tettnanger hops for a gentle bitterness and
aromatic finish. Then we kicked it up a notch by fermenting with real fresh strawberries.
Terry Porter
Porter - (4.3% ABV) The Porter style was almost lost in England with the advent
of cheaper and more prevalent alcohols like Gin. This recreation of an 1850
style
Porter is more see-thru than a stout and is moderately hopped with Northern Brewer hops.
One taste and you'll see why this was the most popular style in the north of England.
Bulky Built
Stout - (4.1% ABV) Our brewers have selected only the finest, all-natural ingredients
mother nature can provide. Each barrel is hand-crafted using choice hops, select malted
barley, sparkling pure Upper Michigan water, and our top fermenting specialty yeast.
We use no additives, no pasteurization and make no compromises on freshness of flavor.
Mighty Mouse
Strong Ale - (13.5% ABV) A unique and richly complex spiced strong ale. Fruity aroma
and flavors. The ale will hit you hard. Our highest gravity beverage constructed by an
assortment spices, malts, yeast, and love.
